The Courage to Lead travelled to Tasmania this week on the 27 July 2023 to give a presentation on Evolving Leadership to the Executive Leadership Programme of the Tasmania Police Force.
This audience included their Inspectors, Superintendents and Assistant Commissioners.
It was a privilege to share my stories about how to give yourself a chance to lead events like the Mosman Collar Bomb and the 1st 2 hours of the Lindt Cafe Siege and more importantly how you pay those experiences forward and prepare your people, your partner agencies and your community for the next big thing.
My talk and book also highlights how to form a formidable leadership team that empowers others to create a supportive and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
They are a great group of leaders and made us very welcome. Attending the Officer Dinner in full Mess Uniform in the evening was a real treat.
