Leadership & Workplace Culture Coaching Programs
Allan’s 3-day leadership program is an immersive experience designed to make a lasting impact on participants. The program allows individuals to discover their leadership potential and immediately influence their workplace culture in a positive, inclusive way. Whether a 1, 2, or 3-day format is chosen, the results are transformative
Day 1: Discovering Leadership & Building Connections
- Participants receive Allan’s memoir, The Courage to Lead, as a demonstration of the organisation’s investment in its people.
- We start with three powerful questions, revealing the diverse experiences and strengths within the group. Allan shares his own leadership anecdotes from over 40 years in the police force, illustrating key lessons.
- The day features guest speakers from The Courage to Lead podcast, offering fresh perspectives on leadership.
- Afternoon syndicates allow participants to collaborate on a presentation regarding Psychosocial Legislation, a crash course in simplifying complex issues and enhancing group dynamics.
Day 2: Leadership Under Pressure
- Day 2 begins with revisiting key learnings, woven with more leadership insights from Allan’s career, including real-life crisis management scenarios such as the Mosman Collar Bomb and the Lindt Café Siege. These stories demonstrate the power of preparation and teamwork in the face of immense pressure.
- Post-lunch, participants engage in a tailored scenario, designed to challenge and test their ability to work together under stressful conditions. This is a high-energy, hands-on session that builds trust and problem-solving skills.
Day 3: Presenting Change to Senior Leadership
- Syndicates spend Day 3 refining their presentations on workplace improvements, to be delivered to senior management. These presentations often result in real, actionable projects that help to elevate organisational culture.
- The day concludes with another guest speaker from The Courage to Lead, followed by an interview with a member of the senior management team, where they reflect on leadership through Allan’s signature three opening questions.
- The program wraps with final words from senior management, a group photo, and a reflection on how each participant is equipped to lead cultural change within their organisation.
